Default Shelley's Gym Log

Well I just started my early morning workouts on Tuesday. The only time I can get out without any kids as everyone else is still sleeping in the house. DH helps out by getting the older kids up to get ready for school.
So far my workout consists of 30min Pace similar to Curves. The gym also has other cardio machines that I will try to incorporate next week.

Well I made it to the gym every day this week including today when I was there half an hour before opening oops

Getting to the gym every day but Sunday(closed) and just started doing pilates again today.
