What a great idea, how better to log your workout time and what you do. I try to work out every morning before work and then at least once a weekend. I lift weights and do 40 min. cardio every other day and at least try to do 40-60 min. cardio on the opposing days. I have been under the weather this week so haven't made it to the gym like I want. Will start tomorrow. Anyone who notices that I have skipped more than 1 day at the gym please freel free to rip me a good one

I was able to make it to the gym on Sunday, did weights 2 sets each and 20 min. cardio. Wasn't able to make it on Monday but was able to make it this morning though I was running a little behind. I did 1 set of each weight and 20 min. cardio. I feel much better when I do more cardio need to get back to at least 40 min. cardio. Will make it tomorrow morning.

I made it to the gym on Wed. and was able to do 1 set of reps on the weights and 20 min. cardio. Didn't make it on Thursday but was able to get there on Friday. I did 2 sets of reps each and 35 min. of hard cardio trying to make up for not going on Thursday.

I'm going to try and make it at least 2 times this weekend.

I went to the gym yesterday (Sunday) and had a very good workout. I did 2 sets of reps on each weight and did 45 min. cardio. Felt great to be able to go to the gym and not worry about what time I left. I'm going to try and make it this evening so that I can at least get in two workouts for this weekend.
