Hi,
I have been wanting to use a thermogenic to help weightloss. I haven't used one since before ephedrine was made illegal here, and I was wondering if any, and which, of the new formulas work.
I would love to make my own ECA stack, but again, ephedra is now unavailable.
Does anyone have suggestions?
Is there a good ephedra replacement??

I looked in the thermogenic thread already and it only talks about products that have ephedra.

I hear a lot about Hot Rox. A little expensive though.

Ephedra (the herb) is illegal in the USA.

Ephedrine HCL (the drug) is legal, and sold as a decongestant in the USA.

Make your own ECA stack. It's better, cheaper, and safer than any prepared stack anyway.

I have heard good things about "synephrine". You'll find it in some weight loss products. The generic brand is petty cheap.

I tried synephrine and I found it gave me the jitters in an intolerable way, but I'm okay with ephedrine HCL. Some have the exact opposite reaction - it might be just me.

I have tried synephrine...does not work as well as ephedrine but gives you the same jitters. teh only non ephedrins products I have heard good reviews about ...and I think it is made with synephrine is Sans Tight

I think i will try making my own. Can anyone tell me the ratios to use? And also- it's baby aspirin (or a low dose daily type), right? And is it vivarin or something else for the caffeine?

What types of dosages do you use thru the day?
