Default Tiger's Gym Log

This is my first gym log. I've been horse back riding for the last 9 months, not that that is super excercise, but it is something.

Also joined a Tae Kwan Doe Class which I have not taken except for two lessons. So this is the start of going back to class.

I'm not sure if this is how I add to the log, but this is the best I can do. I went riding tonight. Didn't have the best horse, but I had a great time. We did a bit of cantor, which is always fun. That's sort of a run. The horse's name is Tigger, which I think is great, because A) that was the first horse I got when I started lessons, B) Tigger is my favorite Winnie the Pooh character, C) Tiggers are wonderful people...

Anyway he can be a slug, because he's a bit long in the tooth, but he did do a cantor for me. Twice. The thing about horses is that you can't convince them to do anything they don't want to do. They really do have horse sense. So unless they want to work with you, guess what, your screwed.

I also did a two point and a three point stance. That's sort of standing over the horse and balancing like your a swing, but not standing up too much. I think I got a work out on the legs on that one. Tried not to put too much stress on the knees, since they are not what they used to be.

Well need to take a shower and take the dog out, and do the nightly errands, but I wanted to update my gym log.

Some activity happened today.
