Default GCAquarian's Gym Log

Ok, I've been suggested to start a gym log, so I'll give it a try. I know I wont update this daily, but I should be able to, at least once a week.

Start Weight: 245 (Summer 2001)
Current Weight: 185.5 (8/5/2004)
Goal Weight: 165, then bulk.

I'll get my measurements and stuff later.

I lost 30 lbs on Dr Atkin's plan to kickstart my weight loss but then switched to a more simple, well rounded diet to lose the rest of the weight, combined with weight lifting and (some) cardio.
My diet was typically:
7AM Bowl of Raisin Bran with Skim Milk
10AM 1/3 cup oatmeal with splenda
12PM Ham sandwich on high-fiber wheat bread
3PM 1/3 cup oatmeal with splenda
6PM Something grilled (steak, chicken, pork) and a vegetable (spinach, corn, cauliflower)
9PM Snack: Fat Free Yogurt, or a piece of fruit
My workout has varied but for the past month it has been (sorry if the terms aren't entirely accurate)
Day1: Upper Body
Standing Olympic Bar Curls - 12, 10, 8, 12, 12 to fatigue
Military Dumbell press - 12, 10, 8, 12, 12 to fatigue
Forward Dumbell Lateral Raise - 12, 10, 8, 12, 12
Bench Press - 10, 8, 6, 10, 10

Day2: 20 mins Stationary bike, varying intensity

Day3: Lower Body
Squats: 12, 10, 8, 12, 12
Calf Raises: 12, 10, 8, 6, 12, 12
Abs: 15, 15, 15

Day4: 20 mins Stationary bike, etc.
As of yesterday, I am in induction. I don't know how long I'll stay in induction, but I am eager to go back to some fiber (I love me some Oatmeal!). Any suggestions are welcome.
But for at least a week my diet will be:
7AM: 2 eggs, 3 strips Turkey Bacon
10AM: Hard-Boiled egg, cheese or slim jim
12PM: Ham sandwhich on Low carb wheat bread (5g carbs/slice)
3PM: Hard Boiled egg, cheese or slim jim
6PM: Something grilled (steak, chicken or pork) and a vegetable (spinach, cauliflower or salad, etc.)
9PM: Snack - Sugar Free Jello with Cool Whip
Ugh, I hate day 2 Keto-Headaches
