Default Different program every workout?

Just wanted to know what your take is on doing a different program every workout. I get very bored doing the same thing two workouts in a row. I usually do a three day split , chest/tri, back/bi, legs/delts/lower back,, and core is pretty much everyother day. Each workout is entirely different, sometimes I do all of my work on the Bosu, which is excellent for your core, you can do pretty much every body part kneeling or standing, and other workout im lifting heavy 10-12 reps, and others light 12-15, differnt angles, equipment etc. Should I stick to one program for 6 weeks , or continually mix it up to keep my body guessing. Any ideas.

i've read it's better to continually mix it up. otherwise, you body becomes accustomed to the workout, (and you'll become bored and displeased with the lack of visible results.)

If this is working for you, if all your lifts are increasing, and you can see results on your body, then fine.

However, the danger of just doing what you feel like doing is that you tend to do more of the stuff that you enjoy and less of what you need to do. Left to myself, I'd do only leg press and wouldn't squat more than once a month.

Try doing a six week programme, but one where there is progressive overload built in, so that you should be able to see and feel results.
