Ranch-No nuts! Stay away at least for 3 days. You can do it.

Deb34-Keep taking the pysillum how much can that hurt? I don't remember that in the PP book but it could have skipped over that.

I can't wait until I weigh in tomorrow. If I went up I will be pissed! If I went up it had to do with the chili, there is sugar in the seasoning. It was listed second to last on the ingredients so it can't be that bad. But I had to use tomato sauce too.

If I did go up I will eat more eggs tomorrow. Everyone keep us posted and good luck!

K, I was at 6 eggs . . . but then I remembered the steaks I'd defrosted . . . so shoot me.

I SUCK at sticking to the plan! I am one of the worst cheaters, once something is not allowed I can't seem to help myself. I remember that I used to have willpower once. I CAN'T be the chubby twin anymore. If you guys will put up with me I think I'm going to start posting what I ACTUALLY eat at the end of each day. That way I'll be forced to keep on tract. If anyone else wants to join me I'd love that, it would make me feel less stupid for having to do this. Thanks for listening to me rant.

Holding steady at 131 for three days now. Last night i did have london broil and shrimp scampi.

OK this moring I weighed 132 again. WTH???? I am still trying the meat & eggs. Last night I had some tomatos & lettuce with taco meat.

Apparently, this is going to be tougher for me than I anticipated. When I got up and it felt like my chesticles hit the floor, I checked the calendar. My period is due anytime now (I vary 21 to 29 days) and am getting hit with serious cravings.

I'll give this a go as best as I'm able. How you doing out there, Apena? Hey, Shay, any loss of inches?

OK, I had my TOM so that is why my weight bounced up to 132 yesterday. Today 131. I have not measured yet waiting for TOM to leave.

If only I could drop one more pound............................

Aw, Shay, that is great news!!!! I'm feeling a little rough with a 5 lb water wt gain, pretty uncomfortable. But it was good to get on here and hear your success! I need to go drink more water now!
