After this diet does going back on induction not make you guys regain all the weight you lost, or at least some?

Good question, I would like to know the answer to that also. I'm thinking of trying the "eggfast" again and then strict induction.

Bueller? Bueller?

Inquiring minds wanna know . . . has anyone regained any of the weight shortly upon completing the 3 day egg fast and returning to one of the levels of Atkins?

Well, ShayKNJ, you'll have to be our test case since no one wants to answer. Maybe they've not seen this. Here's to hoping for your success. Keep us posted, please!

ShayKNJ and jande2211, I guess I am in too! I had two HB eggs for lunch, and I have to say, I don't feel hungry at all....good luck!

Although you two have a lot less to lose!

I would totally do that, but eggs are one of those things I can only have so much of before I physically can't swallow it anymore. I'm doing that Meat/Egg fast starting tomorrow for a few days though.

Congrats on your loss! You look amazing!

OK, so I'm doing the meat & egg fast for today. Yesterday after eating eggs and sausage for dinner and a hard boiled egg for snack I finally dropped a pound???? After a 6 month stall. Something with eating eggs must do it. This morning I had 3 slices bacon & 2 fried eggs. For lunch I have 3 eggs with mayo & mustard.

I hope this gets me down my last pound.

Apena, I hadn't planned on doing this till someone chimed in on the issue of wt gain upon returning to one of the levels of Atkins. But, whuhduhheck. I'll go in with you. I'll have to boil up some eggs and get an egg casserole done. I'm starting today . . . . <in her uncanny impression of Ah-nold> JUST DOOO IT! (Seriously, my DH says that I do Arnold and Sly so well that they'd be confused and ask me for their own autographs. I must be bored.)

Ok so now that everyone is trying this together, and since I have recently gone on a binge, I'm going to join in. My only problem is that I can't seem to stay away from the nuts, but maybe with all you guys doing it too I'll stick to the plan.
Good luck guys!

isn't this funny? I've been craving hard boiled eggs w/butter a lot lately. I've even gone so far as to have this twice in one day and today is the first time i've ever come across this thread.

I think i just got some motivation to keep on going....thanks everyone

oops sorry, i have a question i forgot to ask. Would everyone think it would be ok to take a fibre supplement like Pysillium husk powder just to keep everything smooth instead of stuck if you know what i mean?

BTW something interesting that just flashed back into my brain was a anecdote in the Protein Power book by the Eades. I believe they had heard of an old man who only ate eggs. They were quite concerned about how he could not be hungry or something like that until it was discovered that he ate 25 eggs per day! I doubt anyone would be hungry doing that!
