Talking swoosh fairy visit finally!!!
Hi all... just wanted to let everybody know that I weighed this weekend and after no loss in 4 weeks...swoosh... down from 221 to 219 for a total of 22lbs lost. I feel great... better than I have in a long time. I love this WOE!!! Thanks for listening...

The losses seem to come in periodic bursts rather than a steady rate. I noticed the same thing recently. So that should be some encouragement for you to keep plugging away; and wait for that next whoosh. Congratulations!
