I eat a bagel every night and finish with some sort of dessert. I actually eat quite a bit of carbs (up to 150 - 200) in my RM, but keep them to a bare minimum for the rest of the day.

My weight loss has slowed a little, but I know I am on a plan that I can stay on for life.

I'm even at a point now where I can go off the plan for a few days (like when I had to travel for work last week), and my weight doesn't have the large fluctuations like before.

I eat dessert, but not the bad kind. I try to have as a dessert some oatmeal with natural peanutbutter or toast or a wheat bagel with cream cheese. I find it way way easier to follow the diet if I cut out sugar completely. When I eat a sugar dessert at night I wake up in the morning with bad sugar/carb cravings. If I don't eat it ever, I don't crave it. But that's just me, if you can eat it and your fine by all means, I'm jealous!
