and since living here I have had much better inspiration staying on a low carb WOE. I think it is the beach being 15 min from home and I love the beach (how awsome to go to the beach in oct and still feel warm...

This place has several options a Buffet or a Rodizio where they bring all the grilled Meats to your Table.

I haven't found a lot of lo carb products in the other grocery stores either. Sometimes I find products at Chamberleins or Whole Foods.

I now order from netrition once a month. I have found some great products there and shipping is fast and not very expensive.

Low carb products have pretty much dried up in the local markets. Ever since the 'craze' stopped and we're back down to the serious low carbers I guess it wasn't worthwhile for them to continue stocking them. I can find a few LC products in Walmart as well as the places you've mentioned but you sometimes have to hunt for them. LOL Overall though, the more you stay away from the LC products, especially candies and other treats, the better off most people do in the weight loss phase.

What are some of your favorite LC products that you order? I love netrition too.

My Netrition favorites are: Dreamfields pasta (use a little sometimes for a change in menu), LC Bar B Que Sauce, LC Catsup, Carb Counters Instant Mashers, Bran A Crisp, Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour, LC Pasta Sauce and Carb Counters Muffin Mix. I buy LC wraps at my local grocery store.
