Chest, Shoulder, & Tricep w/o:
4 exercises for each with 12 reps each & then a super set at the end of each body part.
(I'm using exercises from abcbodybuilding (thanks Nat) & two books; "Sculpting Her Body Perfect" & the "Body Sculpting Bible for Women" (thanks Pam)
Whey protein shake afterwards made with water, protein powder, dash of unsweetened cocoa, cinnamon, splenda, 1/4 C. raspberries & a scoop of glutamine.
