upper body weights

3 sets of 10 each:

bicep isolations(changed from curls)
overhead tricep extentions
military press
deltoid exercise

50 crunches

I've been slacking so I will now be upping my workouts. I'm not sure about the cardio for today. Maybe the tredmill or belly dancing? Maybe both. I'm going to be adding sets of crunches through out the day.

getting closer to my "low" I refuse to give up that number becasue I saw it and I haven't cheated!!! LOL I'm getting closer though...better than being up 4 pounds

walked 2.2 miles, but this doesn't seem to be anywhere enough. I'm going to have to do something more for a workout today.
