Upper body weights. Not a full workout though because it was way too hot. It got to 110 and no ac makes it almost impossible to workout.

didn't workout yesterday(well, I did start, but the heat and phone calls from realitives keps me busy)

This morning I got up at 5:30 and too the dog for a walk: 2.2 miles.

Cool Seto, you started a craze!

I have 4 videos now. BTW the basic dance(not the basic moves) is really good too. I think it helps to have the basic moves to do everything else though.

My Mom now has the basic moves tape.

My sister wants me to send it to her.

Is the slim down tape as ravaging on the calves as the fat burning tape? (It's been the only other one I could find.......

nothing is as bad on the calvs as that fat burning one! It is a good one though....


Hope you can find one soon! I'm tempted to get the other dance ones as soon as I can do the first one with the "beginner" moves. They are hard
