I think there is a store here at the mall that sells a lot of that kind of thing. I remember seeing the tops that are covered in coins. <sigh> someday I will look good in that Don't know where I'd wear it except to workout

Thumbs up workout

Walked 4 1/2 miles today.

Feeling a little tired now that TTOM has come to visit I'm hoping that it takes a few pounds with it when it leaves!

Question workout???

Okay, this probably doesn't count, but I planted 48 plants today. Bent over digging in the dirt for 2 1/2 hours has got to count for something.....

Back to real workout tomorrow....

Hi and thanks for the visit to my gym log. It is unusual to see people there.

Can really associate with the gardening and lawn mowing. I did my front garden last night and hope to do the back on Wednesday. That will be about an hour. I think working in the garden certainly qualifies as good exercise. I had stopped going to the gym on Sunday so that I could spend time in the garden - working, not resting.

Hopefully will be off to the gym tonight.

Keep on exercising - how's the belly dancing going? Any performances planned?

Smile Hi Anne!

Like you, I have to take time from my workout to work in the garden. I am not able to do both at this point, maybe someday I will How are your workouts going? As for the belly dancing, oh my heavens no! I'm not doing that where anyone can see me I practice at home with the shades drawn It is fun though Hope you have a good workout!
