I've inherited an exercise ball. My mom bought one, but it will only hold up to 300 lbs, so she can't use it, so I bought it from her. I figure since my whooshie this morning that I should be ok on it. It's got a list of exercises for different body parts. I definately need the upper inner thigh one (It's the only place that's not moving )

I think that my Mom got the last one here. There were no BD tapes left at all! I got my lst one at suncoast and it was the last of that kind they had. My sister wants one now, and I can't find one to send to her! I love BD!!!!!!
UG!!!!! I am so shakey from that thing! It didn't even seem like I was getting that much of a workout until I stopped!!!!!!!! (reminds me a lot of yoga.........) I'm going to just try working with this before I jump back into the heavy weights (Might tone and define without the muscle bulking)
It came with this huge poster thing that has images and instructions on how to do the exercises. (I also had my personal trainer show me how to use it years ago......... She was a lousy trainer........ )

how's the workout?
Are you still using the exercise ball? I know you've been working your normal killer hours, but are you going to use it on your days off? I need someone the get behind me and chase me to make me workout
I used it on Thursday and that was about it...... I need to start lifting again. I just don't want to have my loss stall or gain because of muscle (I know, that sounds so lame.......)

Maybe we can get a Doberman to chace us? I know one with Mole Breath that probably would love to have things to chase. We'd have to be on the otherside of the fence though.....
