Got back late from vacation -- did not get to bed until after midnight, so 4:30 a.m was too early for me today -- will do cardio after work today. Hopefully, will get to bed earlier tonight so I can do a.m. workout tomorrow. Only have today through Wed. this week -- we're leaving for Chicago Thur. a.m. to visit our daughter -- be back Sun. night.

Cool

Am feeling terribly pleased with myself and my DH is amazed and impressed, and all because I have been doing my workout every morning, even though it is very hot and very humid here!! Should have more sense, but if I don't work out I just don't have as much energy. Somebody stop me!

I just found this thread, I hope you don't mind me jumping in so late in the day! I'm doing a.m. cardio 6 days a week, lifting heavy 3 days and doing the depletion workout Friday afternoon. Today's cardio was Gilad's step aerobics video. Get this, my 13 year old son had the step out and the video in the machine before I was even downstairs!

See you tomorrow!

Fernie

I have been terrible -- was gone on vacation for a few days, back for 3 days and only got in 1 day of cardio, and tomorrow I leave again for a few days! WTG everyone else! I'll make up for all of the missed sessions when the vacationing is done!

Back from Holidays. First week I did super with exercise and vitamins...this past week I totally lost all ambition, just too much driving and hotels.
Got back late last night. Will do some sort of exercise later today.

hugs...cin

Up bright and early at 5:30 am, popped my 2 Adipokinetix, drank 32 oz. water and took my Nitromine. Waited for the AdipoK to start "kicking in" and jumped on my exercise bike at home for 20 mins of moderate cardio.

Still congested, and my sprints seem to effect my leg workouts late in the week, so I am only gonna sprint one day per week now. Unless I feel unusually inspired. LOL.

Good workout this morning though. Have superset/full body weights tonight. Lots of fun.

First day back from vacation, and one of my cats messed up my alarm clock -- I knew he walked on it during the night, but did not think anything of it until I overslept because he had changed the time on the clock by several hours. So, no a.m. cardio today -- but tomorrow the cats will be locked out of the bedroom and I will get up on time!
