Not budging except a tiny bit up but I’m going to hunker down and go to the gym a LOT and eat less!

Ate on plan yesterday, back to 203-204.

What we eat matters....hopefully back down to 203 tomorrow with another day of clean foods.

The meat yesterday was preseasoned, not a sweet type, and left behind ALL the juices in the pan. Still had a congested/ bad breathing night. Arghggg ....fighting on.
