Thanks for the article, Demi. I always wondered where the 10,000 came from, sort of like drinking 2L water/day. Someone thought it up and it stuck. I agree with Doreen; I like this challenge because it's not a competition: you set your own goal. I've told my coworkers about it when they catch me boogeying to the music at work. 😳
