I remember once when my mother-in-law went to the doctor for a checkup and he told her to eat more protein. I can't believe it, but he told her to eat saltine crackers with peanut butter because peanut butter is such a good source of protein!!!
I suggested she incorporate more real meat into her meals, like eggs and sausage for breakfast, tuna salad (and lots of it) for lunch, and more meat and less mashed potatoes for dinner, but she said she didn't think she could eat that much meat.

This is BS. Under 75g of red meat is ok? That's just 2.6 oz. 90g is 3.2 oz. More than that = raised risk of bowel cancer? What side are they even on? lol
These 1,000 experts are experts in what field? Can you link to the source? I googled and didn't find anything but sites like reddit, Daily Mail, etc.
