Pretty easy for me, I've stuck with LC eating in various forms for almost 19 years now. I've strayed and I'll occasionally eat not-so-ideal food, but for the most part, my meals are close to Atkins induction levels of carbohydrate. I have the odd serving of sweet potato, squash or even a small amount of white potato, since they don't really affect my weight or cause me cravings. Feel free to scour my journal - I've been jotting down my meals, though most of it is pretty boring.
