Realized I've been pity-partying a bit too hard, including adult beverages now that we're home all the time, retired, and bored with not being able to be among people and out. Stopped alcohol as of Friday and have been good about knocking off a brisk 1 mile treadmill walk as soon as I get up, tried to increase it last week but hips hurt, prob. because of the extra weight too. Binged (old prob. that COVID has brought back out) for lunch yesterday---ugh!---but feeling a good day ahead as my body adjusts to a new routine.
