Thanks for putting up with me group. After a week of sugar /carbs and feeling out of control - even my mom said to me “maybe you need low carb in your life you will just continue to get bigger and bigger if you don’t watch what you are eating”. So I am back here, again. I was embarrassed to weigh and post but I did and maybe just maybe in 30 days I will be at a healthier weight.

Up a pound today after eating bagels and tater tots yesterday. Not surprising.

No change, on plan though. Homemade Cesar salad dressing made, so salads are on the menu again. 💕💖💕

I hurt my calf running so I'm waylaid for a bit. I finished my new garden bed just before it happened, though, so I can couch it for awhile. Should help with my numbers since running usually triggers an inflammation response and I gain.
