A new low for me, 244, actually 244.9, but still, I'll take it!
That makes a five pound loss for April, which is very good. Better than Feb. and March. Still any loss is good, and I also know it's not really good for your health to lose too quickly anyway.

Way to go dk_swan! also how do you know this to be true? It's also likely that it's not really good for your health to be obese either. I guess we have to pick our poison sometimes

Niki, when I had a box of Atkins bars (I dunno why I bought them ) I put them in the back of the freezer so I'd save them for "emergencies"... whatever that was. At least I'd have to think about it before indulging.
