Intersting to see BHB and Glu shoot in opposite directions after fast - I guess we'll see if that's pattern. I suspect it is. What does it mean? Not a whole lot I suppose Spent a few hours playing in freezing water.

Over ate yesterday as well:
3 lb corned beef (precooked - lots of water in that)
2.5 lb chicken breast
7 eggs
hot sauce
180 g Green Cabbage (made coleslaw)
4 tbsp sour cream
8 g 100% bakers chocolate
( est 17 net carb)
