Was dreading this weigh-in, but pleasantly surprised to see not up as much as I thought. Only treadmilled one mile the past three days and haven't IF'd since Fri. night, so maybe diet-and-exercise is NOT the way to go for me <snort>! We're doing Chinese c.o. for our NYE dinner, tho' ...

Dear friends! 2020 is finally here and I’m excited about this forum and really transforming myself. I actually had to reschedule my GYN check up from 1/2 to 1/23 and maybe I can slim down before telling them my weight.
Speaking of weight / I have no clue what my weight is ! It is my time of the mont so I could be 165 😳
I was going to low carb a few days and then weigh myself but I want to join this challenge right away so I will put a lower weight of 162 and correct it when I get the courage to get on the scale.
I had my reservations about low carb but I need this weight off right away and I know that If I weighed less my body would feel better and if my injuries are not healed I would see a doctor if I weighed less . Yes I am one of those people that hated telling people what I weighed!! I would put off doctor appts for that reason!
My daughter talked about going out for breakfast but I could order eggs if we do that . Bottom line
No more junk food!

*I just weighed myself this morning I can’t believe I am 167.2 that is with my cycle but still it’s heaviest for me (not including pregnancy)
