True dat! I'm trying to think of it like other celebrations where we need to "recover" from overindulging, heh heh.
Got another 17-hr fast done overnight and am down 2 pounds, even though I usually give a weight change a couple days to stick; claiming it now to keep me motivated. DH is craving restaurant pizza for lunch today because we just bought a Cyber Monday restaurant gift card special of $40 free for buying a $100 card ... sigh.
I kind of fell into IF the beginning of October, do it unplanned twice a week so far (days vary). Have lost 50 lbs. doing "sloppy" Atkins low-carbing since March and adding some fasting seems to be good for shaking up metabolism and making you more insulin sensitive, plus there's $ saved on those unneeded meals, hahaha.
