Honesty time, medication seem to be affecting me, and I went completely off plan last week, and I mean without going into details all those things that cause me acid reflux were included. So it wasn't just water weight it was actually calories and actual weight gain. Top out at 174 Saturday morning, on day 3 back on plan, weight this morning 172.6 so needless to say I am motivated, and because I'm an honest person I'll update my stats... Here goes....

I'm up half a pound too. Very confused about intermittent fasting. My stomach is upset from dietary change and there's no salad to eat, taking gummy fiber tabs.

Going2 is right we can turn this around, it's in our control.

Honestly, 5 lb challenge at Thanksgiving is just cruel.
No movement for me and a family member made turkey soup with quinoa and navy beans tonight. I started in before realizing AND I had added leftove corn to it from Thanksgiving. I work from 9-7 so I was just done and ate it.

Carb city. I expect to join the gainers tomorrow!

True dat! I'm trying to think of it like other celebrations where we need to "recover" from overindulging, heh heh.

Got another 17-hr fast done overnight and am down 2 pounds, even though I usually give a weight change a couple days to stick; claiming it now to keep me motivated. DH is craving restaurant pizza for lunch today because we just bought a Cyber Monday restaurant gift card special of $40 free for buying a $100 card ... sigh.

I kind of fell into IF the beginning of October, do it unplanned twice a week so far (days vary). Have lost 50 lbs. doing "sloppy" Atkins low-carbing since March and adding some fasting seems to be good for shaking up metabolism and making you more insulin sensitive, plus there's $ saved on those unneeded meals, hahaha.

I guess intermittent fasting is working but it's so exhausting I really screwed up at my job. Finals are in 2.5 weeks and I don't have time right now to not be my best.

I lost 8lbs in the first 2 days but my stomach was really ill, total exhaution and dragging around. the last 3 days my stomach was so sick I had to eat carbs to get over it. Usually I can eat salads but there are no salads in the stores. I guess it's just fiber but the fake fiber didn't help.

Today I changed to 12 hr fasts and ate high carb foods my stomach is fine. Very tired from being up the last 2 nights being ill.

Getting pretty worried about being able to meet my deadlines now.
