I need to eat more leafy greens...spinach. I was worried about oxalates in spinach (I had kidney stones) but I really like it. I had my BP checked. Not BP it's normal. Its my BS. I cut my caffeine in half (My anxiety has gone way up since doing this woe) I am now eating the 3 meals, increased protein, 3 snacks. I am taking potassium supplements and using lite salt... If my anxiety gets any worse, I'm upping my carbs. (I also take magnesium and calcium)

Dr Daniel AMen has a book the goes into great depth using OTC supplements and foods to work with anxiety. I used his info to give my son a better life. Dr Amens info is only in his books and and to lesser degree in his TV programs.
You didnt mention magnesium in your last post....do you supplement that? Sorry if you already mentioned that.
Calcium. phosporus, magnesium and potassium are the 4 major minerals to keep in balance.

Yes I take magnesium every night after dinner with some calcium, D, and potassium.
Been feeling better since I started eating every 3 hours... kind of annoying though having to keep track of the clock. My dizziness is gone. I still feel irritable and a little tired. I guess it takes time to re set the body chemistry.
I can understand the irritation of tracking the hours. I felt the samway when IF, is it noon yet? Is it 2;30? Have I past 6, can I still eat??
Glad you are feeling somewhat better.
PS/ We just started taking K2 vitamin, this vitamin regulates the calcium and helps the body use it in the right places like bones and teeth among others.

Thanks... I can't take K because I have thick blood. I don't need it any thicker.

Take vitamin E.
People are told to discontinue prior to surgery, it works to thin the blood.
Also a lot more water helps as I found out when I'm dehydrated, I had problems with blood clotting too quickly when I had a blood draw.

I can't take vitamin E either. I eat a lot of nuts so I get a lot of it, plus I drink almond and cashew milk. I had a reaction to it as a supplement so I get it from food.
Food is always a good option. Nuts are yummy and so many varieties easily bought.
I have tried getting my K2 from foods, but the cheeses and liver and natto are not easy to come by. In this case we have opted for vitamin K2 supplement. Trying to teach my kids how to have a healthy life in older age. No heart attacks, no strokes.
