Boooo, my scale is currently weighing me in at 157.6lbs / 71.5kg. I’m just posting so I’m subscribed to remind myself to weigh in the morning for my entry weight. Feeling rather depressed as have been pretty good the past month exercising 5x a week but no idea why the scales have gone up up up 😭😭😭 hopefully this will keep me motivated and inspired again!

Yesterday was my one day off of work, I usually eat plain lowcarb, but the carb monster has been reawakened.
My plan is to limit carbs to 2 hr window and gradually lower the carb meal.
