10/07/2015 264 lbs Good news no gain, bad news I seem to have caught a cold. Must be the Yoga.

10/09/2015 267 lbs Just got back from the Dr. said I was in excellent health not counting the cold I have, which he says is a bacterial infection. He gave me an antibiotic to take for the next six days. Being old really sucks

10/11/2015 266 lbs Still battling the cold although it has moved from my head to my chest resulting in some painful coughing. The congestion in my head is much less, so the antibiotic seems to be working. At least my weight is back to moving in the right direction.

10/13/2015 267lbs Feeling much better today, last day on antibiotics. Weight popped up some yesterday, I think I ready to resume some weight lifting today.

10/16/2015 264 lbs Still bouncing like a rubber ball with my weight. This weekend I plan on some serious exercise and some intermittent fasting as the month is half over and my weight is almost unchanged.
