Babe, you really need the book. Grab a copy from your local library.

Thanks for replying, Babe, but as I said in my post, I've already contacted my local library and it's going to take two weeks to get it. They have to borrow it from another library somewhere else. I live in PoDunk USA. I guess I will have to buy it. How about some answers to my previous questions?

64 oz of cranwater daily (8oz unsweetened cranberry juice to 56 oz water and no, Ocean spray doesn't fit the bill)
up to 2 eggs daily
8-10 oz (cooked weight!) lean protein
1-2 whey servings (20g of protein = 1 serving)
2 Tbsp Flaxseed oil daily (most of us have it the form of salad dressing or hide it in our smoothies
unlimited P1 veggies (loooooooooooooooong list)
2 fruit servings (all low glycemic fruits. Tropical fruits such as banana, mango, melons, etc. are P3 fruits. Grapes are P3 too)

No grains
no dairy
no pasta
no processed foods
no unfermented soy
no sugar
no salt
no other fats

That's P1 (2 weeks minimum, 4 weeks max), the detox phase - think of it as bootcamp.

P2, the weightloss phase, starts adding back "good" carbs such as sprouted grain bread, sweet potato, parsnip, peas, etc. - limited to 2 servings per day (1/2 cup cooked = 1 serving).

And babe, check out the fat flush forum. There's a link at my picturetrail site.

The book explains the whys and wherefores and lists the long P1 list of unlimited veggies. Checking out the recipes at the Fat Flush Forum will also give you a good idea what they are.

P3 - maintenance/lifestyle. YUMMY!

Hey Babe! I veddy veddy much appreciate the info. I managed to get my veddy plump rump up and headed to my local book store and purchased the book. I am looking forward to many posts and reading all the helpful info you and all the other fat flushers have for me.
I hope this will be a happy and successful flushing experience!

I have another question about this diet. I am having trouble giving up the coffee in the morning so if I continue to drink it but weene myself off as I do the diet, I will still loose weight? I usually have my coffee with a cinimon stick in the pot to flavor it and I use milk which I know if off limits. If I stop drinking it with the milk and take it black would that be ok? Thanks for you help!

Fat Flush permits one "legal" cup of organic coffee daily. If you need more than that, try doing a 'pre-flush' (see page 43) and gradually step down the number of cups you drink each day. When you get down to one cup per day, start P1. []

Hello to you!

This is what I am attempting.
I drink one cup of hot lemon water in the morning and one at night. I am drinking almost all the 64 oz of cran water (altho I only use 1/2 cup of the concentrate until my body can handle more cranberry. I have low blood sugar and don't want it out of whack). I have just started this morning, drinking half and half coffee to cut back gently on the caffeine but am still using milk in it. I have started using flax seed oil on my salads and am trying to cut out the bread and dairy although I still reach for cheese and crackers, it's not as much as before. I will have some during the afternoon. My intake is really only one or two servings of bread and cheese so I am cutting that back until I don't have it at all. I did NOT eat any pizza last night! That is very good for me. We are pizza holics here. Do you think I will still lose some weight during my weeneing? Thanks for all your help and advice!

altho I only use 1/2 cup of the concentrate

***Clarification***
The correct formula for making cranwater is:

3 Tbsp of unsweetened cranberry juice CONCENTRATE to 64 oz water
OR
8 oz unsweetened cranberry JUICE to 56 oz water

Most folks DO lose some weight during their pre-flush. Mind you, it generally picks up when doing a clean and full-fledged P1. Keep some magnesium on-hand. It's a muscle relaxant and wonderful for those detox aches and pains. Start with 400mg and don't take more than 1200mg daily. In higher doses, it can put you right on the toilet - you'll be so relaxed.

Hi everyone. I will be starting the Fat Flush Plan day after Christmas and I can't wait. I have tried so many diets some work some don't but none of them work forever. I have very high hopes for this one.
If anyone has any helpful tips just pass them my way.
Thanks.

Hi Cyndy!
The best advice I can give you for your FF success is this:

PLAN AHEAD!
PLAN AHEAD!
PLAN AHEAD!

Have your food ready not just for today but for tomorrow. Have a plan. Oh, and RELAX! life is short.

I have a question, what is the Long Life Cocktail? I ordered my book from Amazon.com and it hasn't came in yet.
