Seriously, if he hadn't agreed to do the work, I'd have had to hire someone cause I aint hauling rocks or digging holes or what have you...not at my age (I'm 29 again dang it! )

That seems fair. He might not accept it but its good to offer.

Can't wait to see your before & after pics!

Granted, they are so skin tight I wouldn't wear the out in public, but now I am thinking that I better go back and get the 12's hubby told me I should have gotten in the first place. He actually thought I should pick up some 10's but I just don't see that happening anytime soon. I will be going back for those 12's though! On a side note....my size 18's from 20 years ago are still a little snug in the waist but will probably be good to go in 5-10lbs. Crazy how much of a difference sizes are nowadays!

Nice NSV Kimber!!! I wear anywhere from size 10 to size 6 now. I love Levi capris but they run small.

That's basically what I've paid for labor on other projects so thanks for you input, De!!!

He said no pay because I gave him my '72 Harley when I split with the ex bf...didn't want it any more... and I knew my friend had been looking for a bike to chop up and redesign... But I gave it to him with no strings attached...

Normally (whatever that means! ) we get 6-8 inches a year...we have been falling way behind the past 8-10 years and we haven't had the snow fall that we've normally had in previous decades... so it all adds up.

Couple of years ago we were in extreme draught conditions...no outside fires at all for any reasons. There went the summer BBQs!

wow JJ that is amazing. kinda of a scary situation for your location. but time tells what will happen in the end on that.

BBQs ugh. that had to be rough. giving them up is harder than giving up carbs!

Not really too scary for us down in the basin, but in the mountains where the forests are drying out and one good lightening strike and it sets the forest ablaze...never mind the careless camper that doesn't watch his camp fire... yep things up there could and do get scary!

report for today is UP 1

diet soda got me. haven't had any in a long long time.

I drank 2 last night before bed. my guts still have a wonky bloated feeling.

sadly I think they have to go for now. might allow back later in maintenance if I still want them then.

not worried, bloat leaves fast
