shocking to me is 10 good size Macadamia are 200 calories, 1 oz, ..and 6 Brazil are 186….but I love em…and too many make you queasy so you stop! hahah
friends who came back fro HI where the hotel had huge bowls set out said they over did it quick.this is why they have been a 'treat only" covered in chocolate in a fancy box..Now I can buy them by the pound in the HFS..Lord help me..Mona Loa onion flavored Macs are damn dangerous.. so I count them out, and skip days before indulging again. The die hards of LCHF say eat to satiation..oh yea? that's, like 4700 calories for me and my poor metabolic body has learned to live on 1400..sigh.. continual training of the body to 'hunker down and spare fat' is what does this over decades…too bad the 20something girls will not listen that 1000 calories is not smart now or later.
