You are so right about this!
Its huge to begin to see what our triggers are for going off. Once I was able to see it in my own behavior was I then able to begin to make a better choice for myself. Its a process that has to start someplace and you ladies have started. Good job!!
I'm so happy for you!!

Plan: My own - < 30 net carbs
Stats: 440/228/210 Male 5' 11"
BF:Energy Unleashed
Progress: 92%
Location: Central Virginia - USA
Default Day 3 of 90 - Total consecutive days on plan 269

B: Eggs fried in CO and 2 sausage patties -- Coffee w/ CO & HWC
L: Pork loin, mixed LC veggies, Carbmaster yogurt, and 1 oz of mixed nuts.
D: Teriyaki chicken (with sauce rinsed off), mixed LC Veggies, small salad, and 1/4c cottage cheese
Snack: Pepperoni stick

Great to see so many sticking with it. Should the unfortunate slip-up happen, don't beat yourself up about it and definitly don't give up. Just reset your number and carry on. That is what you have to do. Remember: You can do this.

day 8, yesterday's food: peanut butter, cream, pork crackling, olives, feta cheese.

Not sure if I'm losing or not as new scale is either broken already or batteries are dead. Will try and find some batteries today. I feel good, which is important, and my overheaped tablespoon of peanut butter and two tablespoons of thick cream does wonders for sugar cravings.

No candy for me this year. When has THAT ever happened? Not once that I can remember. I can't even remember the last time I had any candy. I think I've come to accept that candy is not for me. The reward is fleeting and the consequences of eating it are devastating.

Oh you got that right……never in the history of Halloween have I not bought at least one bag of decadent chocolate (just in case) who the hell was I kidding I live in a over 55 behind a bunch of commercial restaurants not one kid has ever shown up.

We did good no partaking of the tempting treats!

day 9, yesterday's food: fried potatoes, steak and kidneys.

First halloween of no chocolate, didn't miss it at all, feel proud of myself and of all us who stayed on track, echoing Jess - yay us!
