B: Scrambled eggs with sauteed onions, jalapeno & cheddar cheese - 2 sausage patties -- Coffee w/ CO & HWC
L: Octoberfest sausage, green beans, cauliflower in alfredo sauce, and 1 oz of mixed nuts.
D: Pork loin, mixed LC Veggies (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, etc), 1/4c cottage cheese and 1/2c LC Cream of Mushroom soup
Snack: Pepperoni stick
FYI: I do drink diet soda other zero carb flavored drinks. A squeeze of lemon juice in filtered water also works for me. At work, I chug through 2 quarts of water throughout the day.
