So happy to see you here, Jess!!

This can be a great way to stay on plan as it is vigorous to come here daily with your day count.
What do you need to declare to stay abstinent from? Lee declared sugar.

OK - I'm in. Anything to help me stay on track. Thanks for the invitation. I don't think I'll log my meals everyday -- but I will from time to time so you can see what "on plan" means for me. I would also like to post any "victories" that occur along the way... things like ignoring holiday treats in the break-room at work. Today is as good a day as any to get started. Let's do it...

Day 1 of 90 - Total consecutive days on plan 267

B: Scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese - 2 sausage links -- Coffee w/ CO & HWC
L: LC Vegetable Beef Soup, a few thin slices of salami, 1 oz of mixed nuts, & a carbmaster strawberry yogurt.
D: Ham, green beans w/ butter, mixed LC veggies with cheddar cheese
Snack: LC Cream of Mushroom soup

Hmmm...good question, Judy. I feel best when my carb count is less than 25 (net). For whatever reason, I've been allowing myself fried foods and LC frakenfoods. Those things are loaded with gluten and crap that trigger my desire to binge. I have to stay away from the junk!

I ate the rest of my carbsmart ice cream last night. It was a large serving, but not a binge, so I'll consider that on plan. In the future, I won't be buying ice cream.

Day two.

You know food is the worst of all addictions, it's everywhere, involved in everything we do. Learning the lesson of moderation is probably going to be the best lesson learned from this. And control.

Yes, good job Annie! I had an encounter with an old flame yesterday and when I felt rejected I wanted to run to food too. But I didn't. Yay us!!!

Today's the start of day 3 for me. My food is in my journal and on My Fitness Pal. I make and eat a lot of soup. Yum.
