It's been of immense value to me and I've shared some links to friends though the links are from years ago but for most of us new to this way of life, thank God for google who lead us here. Lol!

It's catching on here too. Mainstream supermarkets are selling chia, coconut oil, almond flour etc but more expensive than at Asian stores who've been stocking it for their vegetarian customers for years!
