Hi Corrie,

I was bad...real bad...but back on today. I think this board will help me because I am really ashamed to admit that I cheated so so bad.

I kept thinking all weekend your words to me...about this really working and I cheated anyway...Gotta strengthen my willpower..I have been under alot of stress, I think thats why I got carried away...food is comforting.

Default Have a great day!

I spent the weekend cleaning the pool = then the house - then laundry etc. All I did was eat it seems like - but I just ate protein. I think I was feeling kinds low energy from losing 7 pounds last week. I WANNA LOSE 7 POUNDS THIS WEEK TOO!!! WAAHHHH!!!
Oh well - this is the pattern for me.

What did you eat??
Next weekend - cook yourself up a whole platter full of your favorite meat. Hard boil some eggs - slice some cheese etc. And the next time you feel the need for some comfort food - grab a slice of meat - warm it up in the microwave - add a slice of cheese and a glass of water & I promise you'll get thru it!!!

I do it all the tiime!!!

PLUS THINK OF IT THIS WAY - YOU HAVE CONTROL OVERF WHAT YOU PUT IN YOUR BODY - YOU HAVE CONTROL OVER HOW YOU LOOK.

The best revenge is knowing you're getting slimmer and the people around you aren't or can't change.

My favorite saying is:

I may be fat - but you are ugly - and I can diet....

Corrie,

You really dont want to ask me that...I even ate some candy...like I said I was bad...I like what you say about control;
that makes alot of sense...I should have control over something I suppose. I will try that with the meat....and boiled eggs....I love egg salad...could make some of that.

Have you tried any of the lo carb bread? Was curious if you were using that...I love bread and its hard to give up. You reallly are an Inspiration to me...thank you so much....I really didnt want to come on here today and admit my defeat for the weekend but I am not lying about it either, thats just cheating myself....

Hey - that's what we are for!!!

Just remember - don't be upset if you don't lose anything this week - it will take you 3 - 5 days to burn those carbs off - so don't get discouraged and drink lots of water....

I sure do hate drinking water....do you really think its that necessary? Also are you exercising? I see you are at my weight right now...and you want to get to where I want to. Thats neat...I love this place..and I really enjoy sharing this with you.

You have done an excellent job...did you backslide any?
You really seem to have the determination to do this...Thats how I want to be.

I had a carb solution drink this morning and some chicken wings for lunch...I have some beef jerky to snack on..does that sound right or should I be eating something else?

Default Water!!

WATER FLUSHES OUT YOUR SYSTEM.
It helps flush away the fat. You need it to help metaboloze the protein!
I drink 62-100 ounces per day. You won't lose without it.
you need it to counteract the natural diuretic effects of this program. You MUST take your vitmins and drink your water....
It is absolutely necessary.

I used to hate water - now I have a glass with me at all times.....
ALL TIMES...
