2.01 - 381 - Today is cheat day. BF is taking me to Olive Garden for our anniversary!
02.02 - 381 - No gain from the pasta or beer. On to a new week!
02.03 - 381 - Need to get back to the gym!

02.05 - 380 - woohoo 30 pounds gone forever!
02.06 - 376 - Yesterday was supposed to be 380. I'm sick so I'm wondering if that's why a 4 pound difference happened.

Have a question for you guys...had some labs drawn last week and my LDL came but 30 points higher than it was in October!!! This is the first time since I started LC that it has jumped. I started adding more fats into my diet, so I am wondering if anyone else has had the same thing happen, and if so, was it a temporary jump? Really don't want to cut back on my fats because I know this is what is helping me not be hungry and I am just really at a loss Any advice???
