I haven't watched in some time. I tired of the information that didn't fit iinto my life. Some interesting, but other followed the typical doctor training for dieting. Eat plenty of carbs, blah blah. I stopped listening.

WHen is a french fry ever good for you. We cannot eat in moderation and get thin and trim and healthy again. Maybe he was being polite to the guest . . . .

I don't watch anymore.

Dr. Oz. has some great points, but with pushing even the vitamins/natural stuff....I would have to take about 65 pills per day, scoops of X powder and put into tea etc. to do what his shows suggest.

overkill.

entertaining yes. great info all the time, nope.

I think Oz loses credibility when everyday he pushes new stuff to take.

I can see a shift in his thinking about low carb. There's so much science to prove it's a healthy way of life.

I hate that broken douche. He told people to make sure they wear thyroid sheilds for their xrays. Now people want them for a chest xray. Um no...that means that half your chest wont show up on the xray because the sheilds is in the way. Idiot :/

I occasionally turn his show on. I was very surprised at the authors of "diet books" that he's had on this week. He's open to new ideas. I'm only talking about the diet books he's featured. I tune out so much of his other info since it changes everyday!!

I don't know that he has an opinion on anything that is genuine! It's very hard to believed he's not paid for all the things he touts everyday!

Infomercial! YES!!! If you took every supplement he's presented as the answer to everything, I'm pretty sure you would have to gobble down 4838 pills a day with 5287 gallons of teas and herbs. Actually, that might work because you'd have no time to eat.
The way the women in his audience act make me embarrassed for them.
The diet of the day crappola wears pretty thin, too. He's a huckster and a leader of sheeples.
I have friends who watch him every day and then spout off such nonsense. I gave up trying to engage them in conversations which included questioning him and his recommendations.
Of course, these same friends never actually follow his advice they just want to spread the gospel.

I notice a shift in Oz's attitude about low carb. A big shift!! I was surprised that he had Mark Hyman on yesterday. It was so interesting. He was promoting his Blood Sugar Solution cookbook. About time Oz pays attention to what is needed for good health. Healthy food! Not weird supplements!

We need to research any supplements before using because many are toxic with prescription meds. And they are not regulated.

Yep!! Food is the path to better health!

Hopefully, he's opening his mind up to LC more, but I suspect it's more a matter of finding guests for the show. Even a blind pig finds a few acorns now and then.

I hate Dr. Oz so much that when my favorite local natural foods market put a sign out front that said "As recommended by Dr. Oz!" I seriously considered never going there again.

People need to wisely select who they use to pimp their business.

What a shock today to see Dr. Siegel and another man who's name i missed touting low carb and saying statins are bad for us. Denied that cholesterol is bad for our hearts.

Dr. Oz is revolving and there may be hope for him after all. I think the science is showing mainstream docs have been wrong about low fat etc.
