Well there's lots of different ways and books and things out there, but I basically eat 1 meal a day. Some people do 20/4 where they fast for 20 hours a day and have a 4 hour eating window. Some people do alternate day fasting where one day they eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and then only dinner the next.

For me I decided to only eat when I'm hungry. I was sick of trying to choke down breakfast as soon as I got up, I'm just not a breakfast person. Some days I didn't feel hungry until dinner but always forced myself to eat to "keep up my metabolism". I'm at a new low of my adult life because of IFing. It really helped me gain some confidence as well. Do your own research though, and do what you feel is right for you.

Thanks Bellanina! I'm going back on my metformin tonight. It may be the problem ans FBS are up. I am insulin resistant so there may be too much insulin floating around in my body. If it doesn't work, I may go to IFing. Thanks again. I'll be watching your progress.
