So for last week I only got in 95 minutes out of 120.

This week I'd really like to get the full 120 if not more.
Yesterday my dogs made a horrendous mess while I was at work so no time for exercise. Today I'm planning an hour long walk at 3 mph.

Hey Robyn, 1 pound down is still better than 1 up. Glad to hear your feet feel better.

Tues. 35 mins. HIIT in the pool
Weds. 50 mins. of water aerobics

I am so amazed by the quick results of the HIIT. My recovery time has improved so much I added another set. I just can't do it too often, my knees protest, but I can do the aerobics. It gives me an excuse to play in the pool.

Default hi

I exercise 2 hours a week already. I go on an exercise bike, go for walks, and yesterday did some skipping for the first time in years,
I used to swim a lot, and would like to do that every week too.
I want to do more each day, not for weight loss, but to keep the muscles working, and to try and gain stronger muscles.

Sooo much better, new shoes, and moleskin and the pharmacist suggested some Dr.scholls blister pads, and we're almost all better, so no excuses now right? You are so sweet to ask!! The weather is getting better here in Southern Ontario, so I am hoping to start walking the green road, i HATE walking in the basement, the whole hour is me trying to talk myself out of getting off, LOVE the trampoline though...How are you doing? You must be so frustrated, I know that when I broke mine, it took me almost a year before I was completely pain free. You said that biking was not too bad, and walking I guess, keep up the good work!

Hey Robyn,

My tailbone is healing, slowly but surely. I too look forward to getting outside to walk and its really nice in Calgary right now. Snow is almost all gone and on Tuesday they are forecasting 14c - which is really nice for here.

I bribe myself to stay on the treadmill. I’ll grab a DVD I really like and only watch it while exercising. If it’s exciting and I don’t want to turn it off just yet then I have to keep walking!

I’m almost at my 2 hours for the week so I’ll post again later, once I get it done.
