I made it through the business trip! I did give up the fruit for a few days, but ended up having some on my trip, stuck to berries and cantaloupe. I haven't been eating beans, just because they haven't been around! I also had a couple of vodka and club sodas while away (hard to pass up an open bar!), but alcohol is not really a big deal for me, so I'm not worried about over doing it. Overall, two weeks and I'm down a total of 7 lbs. I'm so glad to have reached the two week mark, even though I am not really going to do anything different in week 3 (one low sugar fruit a day). Now that I'm officially allowed fruit I just had a 1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt with one strawberry cut in small pieces and 10 frozen blueberries mixed in, I think it's the best thing I've ever eaten

7 lbs at your weight is great!!
I know that I'm a pain in the butt with this but I still would have liked to see you do the 2 weeks without any cheats.
Yes, yogurt with a bit of fruit is very nice!!

Hi Judy, I know you are right, but I plan to make up for it by going really, really slow in Phase 2 going forward I will need to watch my fruit and my nut allowances, as that is where I can get into trouble, I find I never overeat veggies or protein
