I wish it was just for exercise but I work with dogs and walk them all day long. I have to say though, that I believe that all the walking has helped me to maintain.

I've been doing this for the past 15 yrs so for many years(8-9) I walked being morbidly obese...that hurt! Its so much easier at this weight!!

I got busy and blew right by lunch today. I'll call that intermittent fasting. Whatever you call it, it really cuts down the calorie count.

The margarita mix is a sugar-free version I get at the Wal-Mart, but it isn't carb free because of the lime juice. Still a refreshing treat on a very hot day. Doesn't look good when 17% of your daily calorie count is alcohol. (Fitday doesn't list tequila!)

The best edible? Fresh Copper River salmon from Costco grilled over the "coals."

Oh--and I made a "two bean" salad I read about on this site a few days ago. Why didn't I ever think of that before? I've always loved the three-bean version, and it isn't much different.

Nighty-nite, m'dears.

What are not sure about...the flax bread?
Toast a slice and put a smear of your favorite nut butter on it....I will even put a bit of good jam on it too.
