hehe yeah, I get that some think they are gross.
It just gets me back on track if I eat sardines- they almost symbolise how I need to eat. and I love sardines.
If a craving creeps in I sometimes, if its a little craving, can avoid a carbfest that can last a day to a month- if I eat sardines. In the past it was tuna, but I ate too much tuna and went off it. I have since employed salmon of the smoked and at times mini tinned variety, and really lovely goats cheese.
