I think atlantic mackerel is very low in mercury, and probably other pollutants.

edit - just looked it up and atlantic, jack and chub mackerel are amoung the fish with lowest pollution, but avoid king mackerel.

Its more 'fishy' than tuna or salmon, but also has lots of flavour. I suppose it depends if you like fish or just tolerate them.
