I wonder about adding baker's cocoa/chocolate. Do you think they would be sweet enough? I think they'd be so pretty marbled....

Am baking a batch of these right now. The only things that I tweaked from the original recipe was to add a 1/3 cup of sour cream, and sprinkled the top with a little zylitol and cinnamon mixture. Am waiting to see how they turn out. Can't wait.

Well I found this thread today. Thank goodness pms is making me hungry and I'm not usually hungry. Wish I had some sf chocolate chips I'll add those next time.
I also add lemon juice takes the bite out of the very little sweetner I use. I combo stevia and sweet n low.I 2 packets stevia and 3 sweet n low. It's cooking now. The batter was awesome I have to say.

Maybe these are a little too good... I woke up this morning and went to the freezer to get a couple out to take for breakfast and there were 2 missing. Turns out my husband likes them too, and he is not even LC'ing. Had to make another batch tonight.
Grrrrr....

I've been wanting to try these for a while now. I don't have any of the baking Splenda. I do have about a zillion of those packets of Splenda. When I moved here, I shipped about 10 boxes of the Splenda packets! So, does anyone have any idea how many packets I should use for these muffins?
