Just been reading
Identification of the 100 richest dietary sources of polyphenols
and interested to see that flaxmeal comes very high in the list.

I was surprised that red wine beat green tea (only just) and that black tea was higher than green.
When it comes to Food servings providing at least 1 mg polyphenols
