Eddie I take 50,000 a week, waiting to see of it helps will take some patients on my part.
My Doctor is going to do another D3 test. I have had them often my numbers on that test came up to 57 and stuck. But my Blood Sugars just keep swaying in the wind.
I added in more Magnesium with calcium, and my stomach got the best of me, so I stopped. I took it at night, maybe it needs to be taken at a different time. It has Citrate and Cheleated in it, but I guess I am sensitive.
I sent my BS into my Dr, and she says she doesn't want to make changes til she see's what my A1C.

I was wondering, should I get D3 and take it daily, would that be better than the Big Pow one a week?
