Lol me three.

Between walking the dog, taking two dogs to the dog park, washing two dogs, dealing with the five kids, mowing the lawn and life. It crazy.

Still haven't gotten disk three in. I am grilling dinner and then will do it before bed. Want to get this thing back to mornings tho.

OK p90x officially became p91X today. Wasn't able to get to the disk, and I was pissing and moaning all day about my legs (to myself... they were sore after Plyo)

So I popped in the disk for shoulders and arms today. I was thinking that I was going to not enjoy today.

Wow... I wasn't working the sore muscles... I was afraid that I would be too sore to do it... SURPRISE...

I should have known we wouldn't be working the sore muscles. I am such a doofus.

My bands are great, but they are rubbing on the switchback curls. I was looking at the bands the guy was using on the video, they looked like they were better, without the fabric rubbing against the hands while switching.

So... I got disk 3 in a day late.

My hardwood floors were really not working for me with the P90X and the exercise mats where too small. I found this at Walmart

It was $19.00 and it covers a much bigger area, I am going to get another six so that I have twice as much space. to work out.

I like that workout surface. I would still use the small matt for yoga and stretching just to have the extra padding, I think you will appreciate it as time goes on!
Congrats for doing disc 3 even if it was a day late! you are doing wonderful! hang in there. Love hearing about your P90X journey, brings back memories.
Keep pushing play!

Ok... this isn't your Grandma's Yoga, and it isn't your Mother In Law's Yoga.

This is Yoga X...

It just kicked my ass. 20 minutes and I realized I am still overweight and still inflexible as heck...

Ab Ripper X seems like child's play compared to this.

yes John I am a grandma but of 5 not 4 (as of Last Thursday) I can't do 100 percent of yoga. I kinda fast forward past warrior three, standing splits, half moon and twisting half moon. But I think it is time I give them a try again. Early on I fell trying standing splits bruised my ankle big time so I have just been passing over it ever sense. This week, I will do it! (or at least attpemt them) I do love crane, my 8 year old grand daughter thinks it is so cool that I can do that one. LOL
Keep pushing play and if you have any questions or concerns or need a swift motivational kick in the rear, let me know! LOL

DLA,

I am pushing play. I am looking forward to tomorrow. Legs & Back, Ab Ripper X.

Ab Ripper X seems like a walk in the park compared to Yoga

Its been raining, and I havent had a chance. If fact, Im gonna do it now. I worked yesterday 18 hours and when I got home, pooped right into bed. I gotta keep it up. Less than two weeks for the qualifer and Im also going to qualify for K9 as well. Everything is the same except that I have to carry a 85 weight for 100 yards in less than a minute. That, should not be a problem unless they overstuffed the dummy. Keep it up John....
