I haven't not weighed yet today so I can't weighin yet...just wanted to bring down a new list with
all the weighins.
Kellyanne! WTH? Why did you need to go to the ER for IV fluids? Please explain! I seriously hope that you are alright!!

FYI- There is nothing stopping you all from using your weighin from Sunday or Saturday. I tend to use my Saturday weighin but not this week as I was out to dinner Friday night and had water weight gain, from too much salt, to get rid of.
A key to seeing a good low weighin 2 days in a row, is to not use food rewards when you see a good weight on the scale. This is something that I'm always working on with myself.
